Installation of new machines & equipment
In this project, all the machines listed below new and existing were installed/relocated within the production area, all control panels/cabinets were placed in one air conditioned room. We design/fabricate/install new power distribution for all the machines. Cable trays were fabricated and installed from control panel to the machines in the production area. Cables were laid out and connected in accordance to each machine wiring diagrams.

Installation of Second Hand GEMA Automatic Powder Painting Booth
This equipment was bought to Concepcion Industries Alabang and we installed it in Malinta, Valenzuela. This is a powder paint spray booth with 3 robots that spray powder electrostatically to paint with the use of automatic squeegee on the booth and recovery system. From pieces the booth was assembled, pneumatic and electrical system was installed, tested and commissioned.
